Origin : China Anhui A tea with a delicate fruity aroma, reminiscent of apricot, plum, with memories of honey and toasted dried fruit. Tea leaves and osmanth flowers are joined together during the drying phase, for a duration of about three hours, until the osmanth oxidises. This procedure is repeated other times, using new flowers, until the leaves absorb their scent. From the dry leaves it is possible to recognise aromas of osmanth, dried fruit, lotus seeds and honey.
