Osaka (Japan) - "Roku" in Japanese identifies the number six, like the Japanese botanicals used in this gin along with other eight, more traditional. Among the first six we find two types of green tea and Sakura flowers. Each botanical is harvested according to the Japanese "shun" method: that is, the collection of each ingredient only when it reaches its best flavor. A multiple distillation process brings out the best of each botanical: cherry blossoms and green tea give a floral and sweet aroma, while on the palate it has a complex, multi-layered flavor, for a harmonious taste.
