Philippines - Created at the foot of the active Mt. Kanlaon volcano, where the finest sugar cane is ground to produce sweet and rich molasses. Slightly amber color, very bright, the nose reveals light and fruity sensations of quince and date, together with spicy notes of vanilla, toasted hazelnut and milk chocolate, with hints of honey. The taste is soft, delicate, extraordinarily round and very long in the persistence of apple jam.

Venezuela - Dark amber color, with mahogany reflections, on the nose it mixes notes of raisins, dates, molasses, vanilla, toffee and banana, in a rich, enveloping and intense bouquet. In the mouth the aromas of vanilla and caramelized sugar return together with hints of orange peel and toasted dried fruit. The finish is long, clean and very persistent with spicy returns.

Quetzaltenango (Guatemala) - Born from the combination of various rums aged between 6 and 25 years, with further aging in French oak barrels that previously contained cognac. mahogany color with intense red hues, due to aging at high altitudes (2,300 meters above sea level) in barrels previously used for whiskey and sherry. Excellent balance between sweet and spicy, it has notes of ripe toasted oak, burnt caramel, dry toasted nuts, marzipan and orange peel.
